Voting yes: ~ Voting no: <br /> ~~{eguest for Final Plat Approval of Duff and Towel <br /> <br /> Mr. Williaw Loucks is requesting final plat approval of Duff and <br /> Towel Estates, a minor subdivision of one five-acre parcel on the <br /> west side of State Righway 847. The plat also includes a 33 foot <br /> easement for road purposes along the southern boundary of the plat to <br /> be deeded to the City. ~he City O~uncil reviewed the sketch plan of <br /> this plat on August 27, 1985 and approved a variance to the density <br /> (one residential unit on five acres rather than one unit on ten <br /> acres) and directed Staff to draft findings of fact in support of <br /> this variance. As this plat contains only one l~rcel, Mr. Loucks is <br /> subject to the requirements of Section 170.0317 (minor subdivisions) <br /> of the City (bale. <br /> <br />~he City Engineer has reviewed the final plat and suggested that the <br />following items be addressed in a develol~ent agreement between the <br />applicant and the City: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />a) Location of access to the lxoperty shall be along the ease- <br /> ment deeded to the City; <br />b) Require the owner of Lot 1, Block 1 to be responsible for <br /> the costs of constructing the street at such time such road <br /> <br />c) Drainage shall be contained within Lot 1, Block 1. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-i) contains the following information for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed final plat <br />c) Legal description of road easement <br />d) Proposed findings of fact regarding density variance <br />e) Proposed resolution <br />f) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Your action will be to adopt/a~end the proposed findings of fact <br />relating to the variance to the density requir~ent for Duff and <br />Towel Estates as well as to approve/disapprove the request for final <br />plat approval of Duff and Towel Estates.
