(PROJECTS %84-1 AND %85-15 FLIN~OOD HILLS SECOND ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of RaFsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of ~sey: Resolution ~85-75 adopted April 9, 1985 for Flintwood Hills Second Addition AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #85-101 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Second Addition; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson A-derson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated October 15, 1985, Arcon Construction Company, Inc., in the amount of $28,224.21. NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF RAMSEY, ~ (]~NTY, STATE OF ~ as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. for utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Second Addition in the a~ount of $28,224.21. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payl~ent, 3) That the total a~ount of this partial pay=ent is not included in Resolution %85-__ approving payment of the bills for the month of October, 1985. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be pr~ided a signed colby of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council~ember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the sa~e: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22th day of October, 1985.
