I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I (2I TI' 07' PROPOSLI) (DNDITICIN;~ USE This contract entered into this day of , 1985, between the City of Raise-y, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Ms. Joy Anderson, hereinfager referred to as "Applicant," in o~njmction with the issuance to the applicant of a oorzlitional use permit to operate a beauty salon fro~ her ho~e at 17720 Roanoke Street N.W. ~e oondittonal use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and c~plying with the foll~in9 cor~litions: 1. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be provided. 2. Adequate off-street p~rking shall be Ixovided. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the ~e City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the pre~ises at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjoining property ow]Ter s. 5. ~e Applicant shall be the sole operator of the beauty salon and shall ~ot employ another beauty operator. 6. ~at said use shall take plaoe solely within the principal structure. 7. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as foll(~s: ~at p~rt of Governwent Lot 1, Section 1, T~wnship 32; Ran'ge 25 in Anoka Gouty, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Government Lot 1 a distanoe of 1235.92 feet south of the intersection of the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 1 and the center li~e of (b~ty State Aid ~{ig~ay No. 7 as it is n~w laid out and travelled; then south 89 degrees 13 minutes 51 seconds west a distance of 199.26 feet; then south (assu~ed bearing) and parallel with the east line of said Goverrm~ent Lot 1 a distance of 251.19 feet; then north 77 degrees 03 minutes 57 seconds east a distance of 40.47 feet; then north 86 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds east a distance of 160.16 feet to the east lir~ of said Goverr~ent Lot 1; then north on said east lir~ a distance of 234.00 feet to the point of beginning (subject to easements for road purposes over the south 33 feet thereof and over the east 33 feet thereof and also subject to a power easea'ent ower the north 75 feet thereof acoording to the U.S. Go~er~_nt survey thereof).
