Motion by Commissioner Dee~er and seoonded by Om~issioner LaDue to adopt the findings of fact relating to MS. Joy Anderson's request to operate a beauty salon frc~ her residenoe at 17720 Roanoke Street 5W. Motion carried. Voting Yes: ~hair~an Peterson, (km~issioners LaDue, Dee~er, Zimmerman, Bendriksen and Sh~ay. Voting No: None. ~e (lm~ission reviewed the Proposed oor~litional use permit agreement with MS. Anderson. (km~i~ioner Dee~er stated that it should be a special use permit rather than a conditional use permit to prevent the use being passed on to future (~wners of the operty. Mr. Goodrich stated that State statutes says that time lhrits cannot be put on conditional uses. Motion by (km~issi~r Hendriksen and seconded by Om~issioner LaDue to reo~ approval of Ms. J~y Anderson's request for a conditional use permit to operate a beauty salon fr~ her residenoe at 17720 Roanoke Street N~ contingent upon Ms. Anderson executing a conditional use permit agre~Tent with the City. Motion carried. Voting Yes: C~airman Peterson, (k~issioners LaDue, De~er, Zimmer~an, Bendriksen and Shu~way. Voting No: None. Reguest For Oonditional Use Permit To Construct A Warehousin9 Structure In The B-1 Business District; Case Of Mr. Wa_vne'JohD~o_~ MS. Norris stated that Mr. Johnson has withdrawn his request.
