That the Applicant has applied for a variance fr~ the density requirements of the City (bde. 2. That the subject p~roel is approximately 5 acres in size and is located in the City's Rural Area. 3. That the Applicant's request is for a variance frc~r the density requirement of 1 residential unit on 10 acres in the City's Rural Area. 4. That the Applicant is proposing a density of one residential unit on 5 acres in the City's Rural Area. 5. That the Applicant is proposing to plat one 5 acre lot fro~ a parcel of approximately 40 acres in the City's Rural Area. 6. That the City O~de requires a winiwu~ lot of 2.5 acres in the Rural Area. 7. That the City fbuncil adopted Resolution 85-82 which specifies how the City shall i~pl~rent the density requir~ent of 1 residential unit on 10 acres in the Rural Area. 8. That the proposed plat shall be oonsistent with the intent and conditions of Resolution 85-82, using the entire parcel of 40 acres of the Applicant to calculate the density of the proposed five acre plat. 9. That the Applicant shall follow the requirements of Section 170.0317 of the City (bde pertaining to ~inor subdivisions. The ~otion to adopt the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by Council~ber and upon vote being taken there~n, the following voted in favor thereof: and the foll~ing voted against the sa~e: whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and adopted by the Rawsey City Gouncil this the day of , 1985.
