I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I~JFF AND ~ This contract entered into this day of , 1985, between the City of R~r~,, hereinafter refez~ed to as "City,' and Mr. Wi]]ian Loucks, bereinaftei referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with plat approval of Duff and T~we] Estates. ~e plat of Duff and Tc~el Estates is hereby granted approval contingent upon the Applicant agreein9 to and c~plying with the foll(~ing oonditions: ~hat the Applicant shall provide proof of an access per, it to the plat fzoF State Bighway 47 issued by the Minnesota Department of Tr anspor ration. 2. ~hat the location of the driveway to the plat shall be along the 33 foot easement provided along the southern border of the plat. That the c~ner of Lot 1, Block 1 Duff and Towel Estates shall be responsible for the construction of the street along the southern portion of the plat at such ti~e such street may beo~e necessary. In addition, the (~ner of Lot 1, Block 1 Duff and Towel Estates shall not petition the City against such iTproverent. 4. That the owner of Lot 1, Block 1 Duff and Towel Estates shall be responsible for containing the drainage on that p~rcel. 5.
