November 12, 1985 <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Staff <br /> <br />RE: Addendum to November 12, 1985 City Council meeting agenda <br /> <br />The following case should be added to your agenda for the <br />Nov~ber 12 meeting. <br /> <br />As you recall, the City Council gave preliminary <br />approval to Mr. Greg Johnson for the issuance of <br />$300,000 in industrial development revenue bonds for <br />the development of the Food 'n' Fuel facility on Lot 1, <br />Block 1 of the Oxbow Addition. Mr. Johnson would like <br />to increase this request to $350,000. In order to <br />approve this request, the City Council must hold <br />another public hearing. The Applicant has requested <br />that this hearing be held on December ~8, 1985. <br /> <br />Enclosed is the following information for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />a. Resolution #85-68 giving preliminary approval <br /> to the Food 'n' Fuel project to be financed <br /> through the issuance of industrial development <br /> revenue bonds not to exceed $300,000 <br />b. Proposed resolution calling for a public <br /> hearing on December 10, 1985 and authorizing <br /> the publication of a notice of the hearing <br />c. Proposed notice of hearing <br /> <br />Cntmeil Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolution <br />calling for a public hearing and authorizing <br />publication of a notice of the hearing.
