NOTICE OF A I~3BLIC HEARING ON A PROBSSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PRO3ECT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, will meet at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. on December 10, 1985, to consider the proposal of Stillwater Partners III, a Minnesota general partnership consisting of Gregory Johnson, David Brandt and Kenneth Pederson (the "Company"), that the City assist in financing a project hereinafter described by the issuance of industrial develo~ent revenue bonds. Description of Project Acquisition of land located at the southeast corner of the intersection of County Road 116 and Minnesota Highway 47 and construction and equipment thereon of a convenience store and gas station. ~he maximt~ aggregate estimated principal amount of bonds or other obligations to be issued to finance this project is $350,000. %'ne project will be initially owned and operated by the Company. ~he bonds or other obligations if and when issued will ~ constitute a charge, lien or encuubrance upon any property of the City except the project, and such bonds or obligations will not be a charge against the City's general credit or taxing powers but will be payable from sums to be paid by the Company pursuant to a revenue agreement. At the time and place fixed for the Public Hearing, the City Council of the City of Ramsey will give all persons who appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposal. In addition, interested persons may file written comments respecting the proposal with the Acting City Administrator/Clerk at or prior to said public hearing. Dated this 12th day of November, 1985.
