Background information and enclosures were contained in the January 22, 1985 agenda, which you may want to review in preparation for discus~i_on of this case. On February 12, 1985~the Council disapproved Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s ~ permit for the S-1/2 of the NE-l/4 of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. That disapproval was based on the following findings of fact: a) M.S.A. Section 473.806 requires a woratoriu~ on develol~rent of any properties within the Site "P' designation; b) The subject property is within the moratoriur area; c) Neither Anoka County nor the Met Council has permitted a lifting of that ~oratori~. I I I I Both Anoka County and the Met Council have now approved a lifting of the develol~rent moratori~r.
