Mr. Johnson stated that there <br />are buildings in his rmighborbood of similar size and material type. Mr. <br />Johnson stated that the building would be used to store personal vehicles and <br />would eliminate safety hazards to neighborhood children. Mr. Johnson stated <br />that he has reoeived no negative o~nents frcm his neighbors regarding his <br />request; one neighbor was lxesent tonight but had to leave; that neighbor has <br />no objectio~s. Mr. Johnson stated that the building would be 200' from the <br />neighbor' s lxoperty. <br /> <br />Oouncilm~ber Reimann noted that City Ordinanoe limits acoessory building size <br />to 624 square feet on p~rcels less than 2-1/2 acres; it's Mr. Johnson's proble~ <br />if all his equitm~nt won't fit into an accessory k~{]ding of that size. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson irguired it Councilm~nber Reimann feels that it is better to have <br />~safe it~ns sitting in the open for ~hildren to get hurt on.
