Voting Yes: (~a/rperson Schlu~ter, Mayor Bei~nan, Got~cil- m~nbers Sorteberg, Oox and Reimann. Voting No: None. Mr. l~ Ne~ocmb suggested that whe~ (buncil and Staff review the ordinance, they oonsider anemiing the size restraints; the existing restraints se~. to be unrealistic. I I I Mr. Steve Johnson presented Gouncil with a oopy of a letter sent to his attorney by the City of ~s~y stating that his case would be on the August 27 agenda and he ahould attend the meeting. Mayor Heitman read the letter out loud. Mr. Steve Johnson stated that his case has been put off for three months and now Oouncil wants to table it again; Cbun¢il did take action Ixe~io%~]y, but that action was inoonsistent and that is why it is back on the agent. I I Chairperson Scklueter stated that in that previous (buncil action, ~e voted 'yes' on the findings of fact and '~o' on the motion to aPlxo~e; according to August 27, 1985 Page 5 of 6
