The existing primary network is <br />shown in green on the map and the proposed primary network is <br />shown in red. The proposed network is approximately 27 miles in <br />length. <br /> <br />We propose to establish bench marks at intervals not to exceed <br />1000 feet. The bench marks would be set using the most permanent <br />structures available along the route such as building founda- <br />tions, concrete steps, and if necessary spikes in power poles. <br />The U.S. Geological Survey Datum would be used and the accuracy <br />of the bench marks would be plus or minus 0.05 times the square <br />root of the distance in miles which is considered excellent for <br />vertical control systems for city bench marks. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The Ramsey Bench Mark Book would be updated to include the eleva- <br />tions, locations and descriptions of the new bench marks. <br /> <br />We propose to furnish the services as described above for a cost <br />not to exceed $6,000.00. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />civil · municipal · planning · soils · land surveying · landscape architecture <br /> <br /> <br />
