I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br /> FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> TRUNK STORM SEWER FOR <br />WEST DRAINAGE DISTRICT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The purpose of this report is to review the technical feasibility <br />of providing a trunk storm sewer outlet to the Mississippi River <br />fOr the West Drainage District in the City of Ramsey as shown on <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br />The area of benefit, as shown on Exhibit A lies within Sections <br />17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 28 and 29 all in Township 32 North, Range 25 <br />West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />In addition to reviewing the technical' feasibility, this report <br />will provide estimated costs and alternative methods of financing <br />the project. <br /> <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Based on the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan for the City, West <br />Drainage District consists of approximately 1,936 acres of gently <br />rolling land. Elevations vary from approximately 850 feet above <br />mean sea level along the Mississippi River to approximately 900 <br />feet above mean sea level in the areas along Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br />
