It is recommended that the City <br />take the following steps should the City Council decide to <br />proceed with the improvements using Alternate A financing. <br /> <br />The city of Ramsey should adopt the feasibility study. <br /> <br />Establish the area of benefit and direct staff to <br />prepare a preliminary assessment roll. <br /> <br />3.
