Anoka County is not requesting any funding from the City of Ramsey for the proposed yellow flashing arrow <br /> modifications to the three signal systems in the City of Ramsey. <br /> The current estimated cost for studying flashing yellow arrow modifications for the City-owned signal system at the <br /> intersection of Armstrong Boulevard& Sunwood Drive/147th Avenue is$2,400. These funds could be drawn from <br /> the Public Improvement Revolving fund if there is any interest in pursuing such improvements. Development of <br /> plans would cost somewhere between$2,000 and$4,000.
