Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #16-12-239 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2017 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br /> 2017 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> Revenues: <br /> Taxes (EDA Levy) $ 103,981 <br /> Interest Earnings $ 10,000 <br /> Other Financing Sources $ 0 <br /> Total Revenues 113 981 <br /> Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> Personal Services $ 5,931 <br /> Supplies $ 48,000 <br /> Services and Charges $ 60,050 <br /> Total Operating and Capital Expenditures 113 981 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> this the 13th day of December, 2016. <br /> Mayor <br />
