City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Discussion regarding the 2017-2018 Union Contract Negotiations for AFSCME, <br />LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeants (Portions of the Discussion May be Closed to the <br />Public) <br />City Administrator Ulrich provided an update on the negotiations process and recommended that <br />the Council enter into closed session to further discuss the contract negotiations. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to adjourn the meeting <br />to closed session at 5:33 p.m. for the purpose of discussing 2017-2018 contract negotiations. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Riley, <br />Johns, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None.
