City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Patrick Surma, 161st Avenue NW, spoke of his sympathy to the family of Gary Levine, as well as <br />to the Council and staff. He referenced the Citizen's Police Academy in Ramsey, noting that <br />only 8,000 departments in the country have similar programs. He stated that this program is <br />vitally important as it allows the Council and residents to learn more about the department. He <br />stated that he was part of a recent class of 12 and believed that the class sizes should be increased <br />to provide the opportunity to more residents.
