MORRIS, COON RAPIDS POLICE DEPARTMENT Captain W. J. Morris, Coon Rapids Police Department was interested in getting a citizens committee together to explore sites in Anoka County ' for the many off-street type vehicles. It was the general concensus of the Council that the City of Ramsey is not interested in participating in a program of this nature and that the Park and Recreation Commission is working on a similar program. LAND AQUISITION The City received a letter_from:Mr. Charles R. Lefebvre informingthem .~- of properties in~theCity:-of-Ramsey that-have forfeitedto-the State~-of ~ Minnesota. The. City of Ramsey can purchase-these :for a total of_$10.50 per parcel. The two parcels:in question are: 1) Dennis Crause (Plat 89215 Parcel 6450) this is a strip of land 33 feet wide and approximately 970 feet in length which is a road easement (1STth Lane N.W.) 2) Loretta L. Dill (Plat 89322 Parcel 2100) this is a'strip of land 66 feet wide and approximately 430 feet in length which serves as a roadway. Motion by Councilman Mickelson and.seconded by Councilman Gamec to adopt resolution 78-30 to purchase Plat 89215 Parcel 6450 and Plat 89322 Parcel 2100, for a price of $10.30 each. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller, Council- man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor COx. Voting no None.
