Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to recommend a proposed use of revenue sharing funds in the amount of $40,000.00 to be used for the paying off of the grader which will be submitted to the Proposed Use Public Hearing which is scheduled for 7:30-~P.M. November 13, 1978, as a proposed use. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor Cox, Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to recommend a proposed use of revenue sharing funds in the amount of $5,000.00 to be used for a drainage study which will be submitted to the Proposed Use Public Hearing which is scheduled for 7:30 P.M. POLICE CAR BIDS Chief Auspos stated he had received three,bids-for-squad Cars and listed- them as follows: 1) Delta 88 4 door Sedan - Oldsmobile Greenbergs, Inc. 2) 98 Luxury Sedan - Oldsmobile Greenbergs, Inc. 3) Chevrolet Impala 4 door Main-Motor Chevrolet $6,150.51 $7,175~65 $6,598.00 Motion.by Councilman Reimannand seconded by Councilman~Gamec~to.approve the purchase of the Delta 88'4 door Sedan - Oldsmobile from Greenberg's, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $6,150.51.: Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- man Mickelson, Councilman GamecandMayor Cox. Voting no None. ACCESSORY BUILDING MORATORIUM Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to extend the moratorium placed on the building of accessory buildings for 30 days to expire November 24, 1978. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to adjourn the special meeting. Motion carried.
