The Council directed City Engineer Sha to schedule a meeting with [he° PCA and 6ne mem~e~ of the- Council. LAWCON material was presented to Council. The Church of St. Timothy sent a letter to the City Council. It was read by Administrator Schnelle; It was regarding rental units in Ramsey and Ramsey adopting an ordinance covering rental units;-- OLD BUSINESS-3 The zoning ordinance regarding paragraph 170.014B, City staff-was directed at the Council meeting of July 24,-1978 to'review Home Occupatio~s-t70.014E of City Code 'and Assessory Uses paragraph 170.0t4B of City-Code as to con- trol violations of these paragraphs. City staff submitted the following recommendation to the City Council: "Assessory Use shall not include the on site storage or parking of trucks over one (1) ton or unlicensed equipment, loaders, cement mixers backhoes and simila~ types of construction and excavation equipment, also including storage of"inventory and raw building material (six n~nth grandfather of present operators."
