He wants to construct an <br />addition 70' by 220 feet with parking and loading ramp on the <br />side facing the railroad tracks, The front of this building <br />will be screened by trees and the business that is operating on <br />tho balance of the land that fronts State Highway #10. <br /> <br />URBAN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT; CASE OF DR. ANDERSON DENTAL CLINIC; <br /> <br />Background: Planning Commission will be conducting this public <br />hearing Monday night, November 13, 1978 on this Urban Develop- <br />ment permit. They will submit their finding verbally to the City <br />Council.
