Anderson <br /> <br />Council minutes dated August 28, 1978 regarding Accessory <br />Buildings <br /> <br />Planning Commission minutes dated October 2~ 1978 regard- <br />ing Accessory Buildings <br /> <br />Building Inspector's letter on Accessory Buildings. <br /> <br />Council Public Hearing dated October 10, 1978 on Accessory <br />Buildings <br /> <br />CASE l' <br /> <br />TOM HOLKER REGARDING LOCATION OF MOVED IN HOUSE SHELL ON WRONG <br />LOCATION: Problem - The above party moved in'ahouse shell on <br />a parcel of land located at County Road #5 and #57. However, <br />he informed the building inspector and Council that the house <br />would be located in his High Point development, <br /> <br />Background: The Council received the following report from the <br />Building Inspector in their agenda dated September 11, 1978: <br /> <br />"After payment of the proper fees, I inspected four structures <br />with Mr. Holker located at the Air Force Base in St.. Paul. <br /> <br />It would be Mr. Holkers intent to relocate these structures <br />in his High Point Plat. <br /> <br />The buildings are the upper floors from military barricks and <br />are very well constructed. As it is Mr. Holkers intent to <br />strip both the interior and exterior of all the structures I <br />merely inspected the framing which exceeds present codes. <br /> <br />Three of the structures are 28 x 42 or 1176 square feet, <br />The fourth is 28 x 32 or 896 square feet which does not meet <br />the City of Ramsey ordinance in respect to square footage, <br />It is Mr. Holkers intention to add to this structure so it <br />will comply with the ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Holker will be available at the meeting to explain his <br />intentions. He will attempt to have house plans available." <br /> <br /> <br />
