The Co~mcil directed City E~g]neer Sba to schedule a meeting with the PCA and one member of the CouncJ 1. LAWCON material was presented to Council. 'Fne Church of St. Timothy sent a letter to the City Council. It was read by Administrator Schnelle. It was regarding rental units in Ramsey and ~%msey adopting an ordinance covering rental units. OLD BUSINESS '~]e zoning ordinance regarding paragraph 170.014B, City staff was directed at the Council meeting of July 24, 1978 to review Home Occupations 170.014E of City Code and Assessory Uses paragraph 170.014B of City Code as to con- trol violations of these paragraphs. City staff submitted the following reco~nendation to the City Council: "Assessory Use shall not include the on site storage or parking of trucks over one (1) ton or unlicensed equipment, loaders, cement mixers backhoes and similar types of construction and excavation equipment, also including storage of inventory and raw building material (six ~nth grandfather of present operators."
