Lloyd Schnelle
City Administrator
City of Ramsey
]_5153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
Ramsey, Minnesota 55303

In reply refer to: 315
S.P. 0202 T.H. 10
From W. ~oka Co. Line to E. City Limits
Frontage Road Base Map

Dear Mr. Schnelle:

As per our telephone conversation I have attached a copy of the base map we
prepared on the above referenced project. I~ hope the City will find this
useful in review and planning for additional development adjacent to T.H. 10.

At the present time the only proposed projects we have scheduled for T.H. 10
are signals for Co. Rd. 56 and Co. Rd. 57. These signals will probably have.
to be constructed within the next 2 years. Beyond this~it.'appears that:~_
Co. Rd. 83 and Puma Street are logical access locations. We~'feel khat all
other direct access to T.H. 10 should be directed to these locations':via~_
city streets or frontage roads.

With the proper planning and review of proposed developments, this can be
accomplished at very minimal cost and disruption to local residents and
businesses that depend on T.H. 10 for access. This type of planning is
necessary to preserve the safety and operating integrity of the existing
facility.

If you have any questions in regard to this project or you need additional
information, please feel free to call me at 545-3761, ext. 119.

Sincerely,

Project Manager

ERG:bn

An Equal Opportunity Employer
