ANDERSON DENTAL CLINIC <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read the City Engineer's report on Dr. Anderson's proposed <br />location for placement of a dental clinic. A general discussion followed <br />in regards to the future possible proposed plan for the area around the <br />location of Dr. Anderson's clinic. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to grant <br />Dr. Anderson an Urban Development Permit on the City Engineer's recommend- <br />ations in his letter of November 13, 1978 and on Planning and Zoning <br />recommendations of their special meeting of November 13, 1978. Also <br />that they have ingress and egress off 153rd and also on their proposed <br />possible future plan for the surrounding area that a street not ingress <br />and egress off 153rd. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, CounCilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Muller. Voting no Councilman Reimann and Mayor Cox. <br /> <br />INCREASE OF MILEAGE .FOR ~USE OF .PRIVATELY. OWNED~VEHICLES INiREGARDS TO:CI.TY:~ <br /> <br />BUSINESS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to increase <br />the mileage paid for use of privately owned vehicles in regards to City <br />business to $.25 per mile effective November 17, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None ' <br /> <br />REFUND ON HOME OCCUPATION pERMIT FEE FOR VBRNON HERTING <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimannto refund Mr. <br />Vernon Herting $50.00 home occupation permit fee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CONDEMNATION PROCEEDING REGARDING I?IST AVENUE TO BISON STREET N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to adopt <br />Resolution #78-40 directing City Attorney to start condemnation proceed- <br />ings acquiring street right-of-way for the extension of 171st Avenue N.W. <br />from Parcel 3180. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman MickelSon~ Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />AMENDING OFF-SALE LIQUOR ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimannand seconded by Councilman Nhller to amend <br />the liquor ordinance to allow the off-sale liquor stores to operate from. <br />8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
