P &Z-3- <br />11/6/78 <br /> <br />mission the sketch plans for the proposed dental clinic to be located <br />along Co. Road #5 just North of City Hall. The plan indicated two floors <br />with the bottom being rental., The main question was in regard to accesses, <br />and they were advised to ask the Highway Dept. for an opinion. The Public <br />Hearing will be held Monday November 13th regarding the Urban Development <br />Permit, and reports from the engineer should be available. <br /> <br />Item 10. Tom Holker- Subdivision Request. <br />Mr. Neilsen was present on behalf of Tom Holker to request a subdivision <br />on a parcel located on Sunfish Lake Blvd. It was explained that originally <br />this had been proposed as 11 lots, but that they had been approached by a <br />party wishing to purchase a larger parcel. There was discussion of access <br />on Parcel C being too close to a major intersection, and Ken Peterson stated <br />that he did not feel this was necessarily the best use for this property. <br />Ron West asked Mr. Holker if he hadn't considered other use at one time since <br />it had originally been seperated from the other plat, and asked him if he <br />received this subdivision did he attend to proceed with High Point. Holker <br />replied that the roads were cut in, and the class 5 should be in by winter. <br />Al Sorteberg stated that..he would prefer to .have this parcel comein platted, <br />rather than the metes and bounds<~subdiVision. <br /> <br />Motion by A1Sorteberg, seconded by Ron West to recommend to the City Council <br />to allow Holker's Realty to subdivide bY m~etes and bounds all that part of <br />the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Qua%er of Section 23, Twp 32, R 25, <br />Anoka County excepting west 400 feet thereof into parcels-A, B, &C as shown <br />on Certificate of Survey from Keith Graham of 8/14/78. Subject to County <br />determining access for parcel C, and subject to payment of park fee. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Motion by A1 Sorteberg, seconded by Kathy Schneider to adjourn.
