P &Z-3- 11/6/78 mission the sketch plans for the proposed dental clinic to be located along Co. Road #5 just North of City Hall. The plan indicated two floors with the bottom being rental., The main question was in regard to accesses, and they were advised to ask the Highway Dept. for an opinion. The Public Hearing will be held Monday November 13th regarding the Urban Development Permit, and reports from the engineer should be available. Item 10. Tom Holker- Subdivision Request. Mr. Neilsen was present on behalf of Tom Holker to request a subdivision on a parcel located on Sunfish Lake Blvd. It was explained that originally this had been proposed as 11 lots, but that they had been approached by a party wishing to purchase a larger parcel. There was discussion of access on Parcel C being too close to a major intersection, and Ken Peterson stated that he did not feel this was necessarily the best use for this property. Ron West asked Mr. Holker if he hadn't considered other use at one time since it had originally been seperated from the other plat, and asked him if he received this subdivision did he attend to proceed with High Point. Holker replied that the roads were cut in, and the class 5 should be in by winter. Al Sorteberg stated that..he would prefer to .have this parcel comein platted, rather than the metes and bounds<~subdiVision. Motion by A1Sorteberg, seconded by Ron West to recommend to the City Council to allow Holker's Realty to subdivide bY m~etes and bounds all that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Qua%er of Section 23, Twp 32, R 25, Anoka County excepting west 400 feet thereof into parcels-A, B, &C as shown on Certificate of Survey from Keith Graham of 8/14/78. Subject to County determining access for parcel C, and subject to payment of park fee. Motion carried 4-0. Motion by A1 Sorteberg, seconded by Kathy Schneider to adjourn.
