With approximately- <br />700 feet of frontage, one additional entrance could be constructed at <br />scme later date, provided a spacing of at least 300' between entrances <br />is maintained. <br /> <br />The access for Parcel B should be limited to the Southerly 30' of said <br />parcel. <br /> <br />The access for Parcel A should be limited to the Northerly 30' of said <br />parcel and the actual entrance to CSAH #5 should be ccmbined with an <br />existing entrance located ~ately to the North of Parcel A. <br /> <br />The proximity of the entrances for Parcels B and C to the intersection <br />of the County roads is such that at scme future date, roadway improve- <br />ments made to channelize this intersection may limit access to these <br />entrances to right in - right out movements Only. <br /> <br />Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
