Secondly, we are creating an administra- <br />tive burden that we don't need at this time. <br /> <br />Comments: Now, I am releasing the letter of credit as requested <br />in enclosure (D2-d) as all the requirements have been met but <br />Council should be aware that the project is not complete and I <br />reiterate that your development contract on Gateway North pro- <br />vided for a variance from City policy, <br /> <br />Council Action: There is none required and this is only to inform <br />you of the release of the letter of credit on an unfinished project <br />which you authorized through your development contract as ex- <br />plained in enclosure (D2-c). <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF. CONTACT PERSON FOR CITY OF RAMSEY REGARDING RAIL <br />CORRIDOR STUDY: <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (2-e) for letter requesting the appoint- <br />ment. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to appoint a person"to be <br />the contact person for the City regarding the Corridor Study. <br /> <br /> <br />
