ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL AGENDA DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 1978 <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />1. REQUEST FOR VARIANCES FROM CITY SUBDIVISION CODE; CASE OF TOM HOLKER <br /> <br />(Location 6501 Green Valley Road): Mr. Holker is requesting two (2) <br />variances from the City's Subdivision Code which are as follows: <br /> <br />a) Permission to subdivide by metes and bounds a 20 acre parcel <br />of land into two parcels. One parcel of 7% acres which would con- <br />tain a dwelling and the second parcel would contain 12½ acres with- <br />out a dwelling unit. <br /> <br />b) Secondly, he wants a variance granted for a private road ease- <br />ment which would be through the 7% acre parcel which would give in- <br />gress and egress to and from the 12% acre parcel of land.. <br /> <br />Background: I have attached as enclosure (1) the Planning Commission <br />minutes dated May 1, 1978, which recommended granting of it~ Enclosure <br />(2) contains the Council minutes dated May 8, 1978 which denied the re- <br />quest. <br /> <br />Now, Mr. Holker is back before the same body with the Same request. <br />Please refer to enclosure (.3) letter from Mr. Holker's attorney dated <br />September 20, 1978. <br /> <br />Problem: The subject parcel of land lies in the Rural SerVice Area <br />which requires a 10 acre lot size. <br /> <br /> <br />
