FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />SUBJ: Council Old Business Critique <br /> <br />CASE 1: <br /> <br />ANOKA-HENNEPIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 11 JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR <br /> <br />FOR COMMUNITY EDUCATION; REVISION OF~ This is in regards to <br />the revision of the Joint Powers Agreement which were contained <br />in your Council Agenda dated September ii, 1978 as Case 11 <br />and exhibits #3 & #4. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Stewart will be present as requested by the City Council <br />in regards' to answering any questions on the Community School <br />budget and the revision of the above agreement. Also for your <br />information is a copy of Ramsey's portion of the Community <br />School budget (Please refer to Exhibit #1 this agenda). <br /> <br />CASE 2: <br /> <br />PLAYING FIELDS; REGARDING SOFTBALL AND ETC.: Mr. Donovan, <br />Chairman of the Park Board, will address this subject. Exhibit <br />#2 contains City Engineer cost estimate for this project. <br /> <br />DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY; CASE OF 1970DODGE POLARA <br /> <br />(Police Unit): Requires Council resolution to declare sur- <br />plus as required by State laws~ The following is a memo re- <br />ceived from Chief Auspos in regards to the old squad: <br /> <br />"I would like the Council to draw up a resolution declaring our <br />1970 Dodge Polara squ~. d car to be surplus property to be sold <br />to the highest bidder. . <br /> <br />Because the tires and special alternator could be of value to <br />departments within the City and would have a value of approxi- <br />mately $150.00 I feel that this amount should be the minimum <br />bid.
