<br /> <br />23.That the property owners of the lots immediately adjacent to the Subject Property to the <br />west and south have both submitted statements supporting the Applicant’s request for a <br />License. <br /> <br /> <br />24.That the Applicant currently composts the manure on site and utilizes as a fertilizer for <br />flower beds, lawn, and wooded areas of the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> <br />25.That the Applicant has an alternative option for manure management and that is to bring it <br />to a local business for composting and therefore would be removing the manure from the <br />Subject Property on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />26. That the City has received a number of written comments regarding this License request, <br />both supporting and opposing the request. <br /> <br /> <br />27.That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />28. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />29. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing neighboring uses. <br /> <br />30. That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />31.
