Conditions attached to Conditional Use Permits, ,'Upon consider2tion of the factors listed above and the purposes of this Ordinance, the Board of Adjustments may attach such conditions to the granting of ConditiOnal Use Permits or variances as it deems necessary to .. further the purposes of this Ordinance, ,q.mong such conditions without limitation because of specific enumeration may be included: 1, I'~iodification of ~,~aste disposal and t.-~ater supply facilities, 2, Limitations on period of use and operation. Imposition of operational controls, sureties. and deed restrictions. 4, Requirements for construction of channel modifica- tions, dikes, levees and other protective measures. Floodproofing ~leasures. Floodproofing measures shall be designed in accordance t.~ith the State Building Code, consistent ~.,~ith the flood Protection elevation for the particular areas, flood velocities, durations, rate of rise, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic forces, and other factors associated ~?ith ti~e regulatory flood. The Board shall require that ' the applicant submit a plan or document certified by a registered professional engineer or architect that the floodproofi)~g measures are consistent with the flood protection elevation and associated flood factors for the particular area and that any of the following requirements which it has specified are implemented: (a) 'To resist flotation and lateral Inovement~ either anchor or add m~ss or weight to structures. (b) Installation of waterti§ht doors, bulkheads, and shutters, or. similar methods of construction to resist rupture or collapse caused by ~'~ater pressure or floating debris.
