Such other factors ~...thich are re(evan~ to the <br /> purposes of' this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Conditions attached to Conditional Use Permits, ,'Upon <br />consider2tion of the factors listed above and the <br />purposes of this Ordinance, the Board of Adjustments <br />may attach such conditions to the granting of ConditiOnal <br />Use Permits or variances as it deems necessary to .. <br />further the purposes of this Ordinance, ,q.mong such <br />conditions without limitation because of specific <br />enumeration may be included: <br /> <br />1, I'~iodification of ~,~aste disposal and t.-~ater supply <br /> facilities, <br /> <br />2, Limitations on period of use and operation. <br /> <br />Imposition of operational controls, sureties. <br />and deed restrictions. <br /> <br />4, Requirements for construction of channel modifica- <br /> tions, dikes, levees and other protective measures. <br /> <br />Floodproofing ~leasures. Floodproofing measures <br />shall be designed in accordance t.~ith the State <br />Building Code, consistent ~.,~ith the flood Protection <br />elevation for the particular areas, flood velocities, <br />durations, rate of rise, hydrostatic and hydrodynamic <br />forces, and other factors associated ~?ith ti~e <br />regulatory flood. The Board shall require that ' <br />the applicant submit a plan or document certified <br />by a registered professional engineer or <br />architect that the floodproofi)~g measures are <br />consistent with the flood protection elevation <br />and associated flood factors for the particular <br />area and that any of the following requirements <br />which it has specified are implemented: <br /> <br />(a) 'To resist flotation and lateral Inovement~ <br /> either anchor or add m~ss or weight to <br /> structures. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Installation of waterti§ht doors, bulkheads, <br />and shutters, or. similar methods of construction <br />to resist rupture or collapse caused by ~'~ater <br />pressure or floating debris. <br /> <br /> <br />
