He has informed me that he <br />will be in attendance Monday evening and answer <br />any questions by Council people. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 7 <br /> <br />DEZIEL'S SUPPER CLUB, INC. - ON-SALE LIQUOR <br /> <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Mr. George DeZiel has formed a closed corporation <br />consisting of he and his wife as sole shareholders. <br />He now is requesting that an on-sale liquor license <br />be issued to DeZiel's Supper Club, Inc. <br /> <br />(Note from Licensing Clerk - I have attached a <br />sheet in the Licenses for Approval listing DeZiel's <br />Supper Club on there.) <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 8 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF JEANNE MOEN'S RESIGNATION <br /> <br />See attached letter. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 9 <br /> <br />JAMES HUNT - REFUND $270 FEE <br /> <br />Mr. Hunt owned 10 ac~es and subdivided a five <br />acre parcel off and added balance to existing <br />larger (approximately 90 acre parcel) the buyer <br />of a five acre parcel unknowingly paid a $540 park <br />fee when actually it should be for one lot of $270. <br />Parties would like to get back $270 of the $540 <br />paid. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 10 <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FOR AGENDA CUT-OFF DATE <br /> <br />In order to facilitate the type of information <br />being given to you for future agenda's, the staff <br />would like a cut-off date no later than 5 P.M. <br />Monday preceeding the next regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
