C-lo <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-08-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 04-21 <br />CONSTRUCTION OF CITY WELL NO. 6 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the AUAR prepared for the Ramsey Town center has identified the need for <br />additional well capacity for the City's water utility; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by Bolten and Menk, Inc. for <br />the construction of Well No. 6; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding for construction of Well No. 6 will come from the City's Water <br />and Sewer Utility. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> and; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the l0th day of August 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-08-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-177- <br /> <br /> <br />
