Sub& 2 Land Use District Descriptions. Within the shoreland area, land <br />use descriptions and allowable uses therein shall be identified in the respective zoning districts <br />established in Chapter 9. <br /> <br />9.25.05 <br /> <br />Shoreland Overlay District Development~ Standards <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Permitted Uses. All permitted uses allowed and regulated by the <br />applicable zoning district underlying this shoreland overlay' district as indicated on the official <br />environmental overlay map of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Conditional Uses <br /> <br />All conditional uses and applicable attached conditions allowed and <br />regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying this shoreland overlay <br />district as <br />..... ~ a':; required by .q6!-6'~ a'3 defined by Shoreland in Section 9.25.02. <br />Subd. 3, <br /> <br />b. Boathouses <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Substandard Uses. Any uses of shorelands in existence prior to <br />the date of enactment of this City Code which are permitted within the applicable zoning district, <br />but do not meet the minimum lot area, setbacks or other dimensional requirements of this City <br />Code are substandard uses. Substandard uses, including substandard sanitary facilities, shall be <br />allowed to continue. However, any structural alteration or addition to a substandard use which <br />will increase the substandard dimensions shall not be allowed. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Prohibited Uses. Any uses which are not Permitted or <br />Conditional Uses as regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying this shoreland overlay <br />district, as i+x?icatcd on the officia! environmental overlay ma? of .the City:.. as defined by <br />Shoreland in Section 9.25.02, Subd. 3. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. Zoning Provisions - Lot Area ;md Width Standards. The <br />following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the protected waters listed in §9.25.04 within <br />the City. Where the requirements of the underlying zoning district as shown on the official <br />zoning map are more restrictive than those set forth herein, then the more restrictive standards <br />shall apply. The lot area (in square feet) and lot width standards (in feet) for single, double, <br />triple, and quad unit residential lots created after the date of enactment of this section for the lake <br />and river/stream classifications are the following: <br /> <br />a.
