ALPINE ACRES 3rd Addition <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIC& COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered imo by and between the CITY OF tL4MSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Mim~esota (the "CITY"), and OAK <br />CREEK BUILDERS INC., a Minnesota corporation, whose address is P.O. Box 238, Champl/n <br />b/RI, 55316 ("DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF tL&MSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Oudots A and B, Alpine Acres Second Addition, .Az~oka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lots 1-16 Block 1, Lots 1-45 Block 2, Alpine Acres 3~d Addition, Anoka CountY, <br />Mim~esota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, pursuant to Resolution No. 04-08-__, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject'Property which plat is known as ALPINE ACRES 3ra <br />ADDITION (.the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the preliminary plat for <br />Alpine Acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY requires certain improvements to be constructed within the Plat, <br />which hnprovements are defined as Stage [ and Stage II hnprovements in the City Code; and <br /> <br />-312- <br /> <br />Alpine Acres Subdivision <br />Development Agreement <br />Page t of 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
