ALPINE ACRES 4th Addition <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ' <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COI0~NTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF R_.adVISEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and OAK <br />CREEK BUILDERS INC.,' a Minnesota corporation, whose address is P.O. Box.238, Champlin <br />MN, 55316 ("DEVELOPER")'. <br /> <br />.WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the .following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of MinneSota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot C, Alpine Acres Second Addition, and that part of Outlot D, lying northwesterly of <br />Block 2, Alpine Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lots 1-32 Block 1, Lots 1-10 Block 2, Alpine Acres 4th Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, pursuant to Resolution No. 04-07-__, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as ALPINE ACRES 3rd <br />ADDITION (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the preliminary plat for <br />Alpine Acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY requires certain improvements to be constructed within the Plat, <br />which improvements are defined as Stage I andStage II Improvements in the City Code; and <br /> <br />Alpine Acres Subdivision <br />Development Agreement <br />Page 1 of 12 <br /> <br />-333- <br /> <br /> <br />
