Mehrer who <br />resides at 7720-172nd Lane N.W., Anoka, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />In response to your letter I have checked our files and <br />find that the above mentioned property was sold to Kenneth <br />C. Paulsen and Janice K. Mehrer on the 19th of June 1978. <br />At the time that we closed on the home with Mr. Kenneth <br />C. Paulsen and Janice K. Mehrer we indicated that there <br />would be service items to be taken care of, and we would <br />make sure that we would do our very best to have these <br />items taken care of within ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />The majority of these items have been completed. The <br />home was inspected by the building inspector for the <br />City of Ramsey at that time,' and an occupancy certificate <br />was issued. The building inspector has re-inspected the <br />home per our request and he has indicated two items which <br />he would like us to take care of. <br /> <br />REA£10R <br /> <br />Although the City of Ramsey is requiring us to complete <br />only two additional items on the home both minor, we <br />have agreed to take care of the service items she has <br />enumerated in her list, which the majority of these have <br />been completed. <br /> <br />We have been builders in the Anoka area since 1970 and <br />have completed over three-hundred (300) homes with.numerous <br /> <br /> <br />
