Please refer to enclosure A-3 this agenda) <br /> <br />Problem regarding the above project:-Some of the citizens re~ <br />siding in itasca Heights have voiced opposition to the above <br />stated project and have called Council members in regards to it. <br />The City Engineer has been asked to stop work on it until Council <br />resolves the problem. The following has been submitted to this <br />office by the citizens: <br />a) Enclosure (D1-A) is Mr. Fitzpatrick's letter. He's very <br /> concerned about the drainage easement that will be/may be <br /> <br /> <br />
