9. The denial of the requested variance is not a hardship on the applicant <br />and there will be no exceptional and undue hardship to the enjoyment of appli- <br />cants substantial property rights by such a denial. Further, the granting of <br />the variance would adversely affect the spirit and intent of the subdivision <br />chapter of the zoning code. <br /> <br />10. That to grant the variance would create a lot 7½ acres in size, whereas <br />the minimum lot size in the zone where this property is located is 10 acres. <br /> <br />11. That the applicant knew, or should have known of the subdivision and <br />zoning requirements when he purchased the subject property. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br /> I move to adopt the above 10 findings of fact and based on said findings <br />of fact, I move to deny the applicants subdivision request. <br /> <br /> <br />
