ORDINANCE NO. 78-5 <br /> <br /> Amendment to Chapter 170.01, Sections 170.012A and 170.012C of the City Code of Ramsey <br /> <br /> An ordinance amending Chapter 170.01 entitled Zoning Chapter <br />and specifically amending Section 170.012A and 170.012C of said chapter <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey Zoning map as promulgated in Chapter 170.01 Section <br />170.012A and 170.012C of the Ramsey City Code is hereby amended to reflect <br />the following zoning district change: <br /> <br /> The following legally described property shall hereafter be located in <br />the Urban Multiple Business (UMB) zoning district: <br /> <br />That part of NE ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 26 and the NW¼ <br />of NW¼ of Section 25-32-25 description as follows: <br />Commencing at intersection of Nowthen Road and the North <br />line of Section 26 proceeding in a southerly direction <br />along center line of Nowthen Road a distance of 54 <br />rods proceeding then in a northerly direction and at <br />right angles to Nowthen Road for a distance of 16 <br />rods-then northwesterly in a straight line to common <br />corner between Section 25, 26, 23 & 24 - then proceeding <br />West on North line of Section 26 to point.of Commencement. <br /> <br />and also known as 14765 Nowthen Blvd. <br /> <br />· SECTION 2. ENFORCEMENT PENALTIES <br /> <br /> Any violation of this chapter may be enjoined by the City Council <br />through proper legal channels. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof <br />be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or by <br />imprisonment for not to exceed ninety days or both for each offense. Each <br />day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate .offense. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. ENFORCEMENT REMEDIES <br /> <br /> In case any building, structure, or land is altered, converted, main- <br />tained or used in violation of this ordinance, the City Council in addition <br />to other remedies, may institute in the name of the City of Ramsey any <br />appropiate action or proceeding to prevent, restrain, correct or abate <br />such building, structure or land, or to prevent, in or about such premises, <br />any act, conduct, business or use constitutin a violation. <br /> <br /> <br />
