Voting no None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT ON BALL FIELDS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Gamec to approve <br />a partial payment to W. G. Rehbein Bros., Inc. in the amount of $15,302.88 <br />for construction work on the ballfield area at Ramsey School. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />RESIGNATION OF ARLENE STAFFORD <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Reimann to accept <br />Arlene Stafford's resignation from full time employment. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilma~Muller to retain <br />Arlene Stafford as a part time employee for two days per week. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />DEMOLITION LANDFILL PERMIT REQUEST; CASE OF MINNESOTA UTILITY CONTRACTING <br /> <br />The contractor was present to explain his proposal. A letter in regards <br />to this matter from the Anoka County Comprehensive Health Department was <br />read. The contractor showed the Council where the fill would be going <br />and further explained his proposal. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Gamec to approve <br />the landfill permit providing he follow the guidelines as specified by the <br />various regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
