Copies of recent <br />cooperative bid specifications, tabulations,-and'awards are also available <br />from our files. If you would like some examples to review, please let me <br />know. <br /> <br />Also attached are two copies of the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement forms <br />and a sample copy of a resolution. If you would like to become a member, <br />please furnish a copy of a resolution passed by your governing body which <br />authorizes your city to enter into an agreement with Hennepin County and <br />other governmental entities for purposes of exercising your common power of <br />purchasing in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1955, <br />Section 471.59, which provides for joint exercise of powers. <br /> <br />In addition, please have both of the attached Cooperative Purchasing Agree- <br />ment forms signed and approved by proper officers such as Mayor or Chairman <br />of the Board, and City Manager or County Administrator; and attested to by a <br />proper officer. The agreements are to be signed on the third page as indi- <br />cated and returned along with a copy'of your resolution to this office. A <br />copy of the agreement will'be returned to you after Hennepin County has <br />executed the agreement.
