Background Information: Mr. Grosslein is proposing to build a warehouse <br />directly across the street (Tungsten Street N.W.) from his present building <br />and is going to require a side yard variance. Accordingly~ enclosures (gl~a) <br />are submitted for your information in reviewing this request, <br /> <br />2. Comments: He does have the proper zoning for this proposed building° <br />However, we do have a drainage problem in this area which has been previously <br />brought to your attention. It might be well to get an engineering report on <br />this matter from our own engineer prior to granting a variance~ <br /> <br /> <br />
