NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />'FO WHOM IT MAY GONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a <br />public hearing at 7:45 P.M. on January 8, 1979 at the Ramsey City Hall <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd., Anoka, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said public hearing is to consider the variance re- <br />quest of Mr. August E. Grosslein and Grosslein Beverage. The variance <br />requested is from the strict enforcement of Section 170.013A General <br />Requirements~ Area Standards and-Permitted Uses for all Districts except <br />"U" Districts Section 4 of the Zoning Chapter of the City Code of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. This subsection in general requires that all non- <br />residential structures or uses shall not be located or conducted closer <br />to any lot line of any other lot in the R-1 district than 40 feet. The <br />applicant purposes to construct a storage building within 20 feet of <br />the south property line bordering R-1 (Residential) zoning and this is <br />the reason the variance is requested. <br /> <br /> The proposed building is to be located at 13557 Tungsten Street <br />Anoka, Minnesota and legally described as that part of Lot 26 Auditors <br />Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 13 in said Auditors Subdivision <br />then South 29 degrees 22 minutes West on the Westerly line of Lot 26 <br />for a distance of 260 feet; thence South 65 degrees 32 minutes East <br />for a distance of 250 feet, thence North 29 degrees 22. minutes. East . <br />for a distance of 260 feet, more or tess,-to the Southeast corner, of <br />said Lot. 13; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Lot 13, for a <br />distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning, all as shown by the <br />files and records of the Register of Deeds.ofAnoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance application. Written comments are also welcome and <br />should be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., <br />N.W., Anoka, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> Written comments must be received at the above address prior to <br />5:00 P.M.
