CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on January 8, 1979 <br />at the RamseyMunicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:40 P.M. by Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilman Robert Muller <br />Councilman Gary Reimann <br />Councilman David Mickelson <br />Councilman Arnold Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />Building Official Berg <br />Street Superintendent Mevissen <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />1) Letter from PCA <br />2) Death of Ron Westphal <br />3) Critical Rivers Study -Wehrman Chapman & Assoc. <br />4) M.S.A. Project - Variolite Street <br />5) Park Board Recommendations <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller, Council-. <br />man Mickelson, Councilman Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec officially recognized Arnold Cox for the fine job he did as Mayor <br />of Ramsey. He stated Arnie had worked very hard as Mayor. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve the <br />minutes of December 11, 1978 on the Revenue Sharing Budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Cox, Councilman Mickelson, Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
