Council Action: If you approve of the project you will have to adopt a numbered resolution ordering improvement and preparation of plans for the above stated project,' · CAB INTERCEPTOR IN ~S TO METRO 208 WATER QUALITY MANAGEb~NT POLICY: Please refer to enclosure (D2-k) City Engineer's letter and resolution. I was not able to attend the CAB meeting of Jan~mry 16, 1979, however Dick Sha and Clayton Berg were in attendance, Council Action: Your action will be to adopt the proposed r~e~solution contained in the above enclosure, This has to be in to the Metro Council by NLT Febznmry 2, 1979, DRAINAGE STUDY TO BE ACCOMPLISHED BY CONSULTING ENGLNEERS DIVERSIFIED: Council authorized $15,000 in their budget for 1979 for a drainage study. Enclosure (D2-1), which covers the scope of the project, is hereby submitted for your review and action, Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the contract.
