Council Update <br />Former Municipal Center Campus Demolition. Work on this project began on December 28, <br />2016. The contractor has placed erosion control barriers. Work on the inside of buildings is also <br />underway. Buildings are expected to come down over the next few weeks. The contractor <br />anticipates completing the majority of demolition work by mid -February 2017 (taking down the <br />buildings, removing surface improvements, crushing, etc.). The official final completion date for <br />this project, as prescribed in contract, is June 1, 2017. Likely, final grading and site restoration <br />(including seeding) may be delayed unlit weather permits (spring 2017). During demolition, the <br />contractor will be allowed to work on site from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and <br />on Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. <br />Remember to RSVP for Ramsey's Annual Boards, Commissions, and Employee <br />Appreciation Holiday Event.
