He stated it would be financed by almost four years <br />of M.S.A. funds. Voting no None. <br /> <br />LETTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />A letter written by City Engineer Sba to the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency in regards to the Anoka Landfill dated December 27, 1978 was noted. <br /> <br />A letter from the Minnesota Department of Transportation in regards to the <br />M.S.A. Street System was noted. <br /> <br />A letter from the Department of Transportation noting the amount of M.S.A. <br />funds payable to the City of Ramsey for the year 1979 of $109,682 was noted, <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated he had received notification from the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency stating that Ramsey was #93 on the Waste Water <br /> <br /> <br />
